FinZ Center offer various services on scuba diving and snorkeling activities.

The center began its activities on the summer of 1996, and since then a lot of candidates of different ages finished their training courses in scuba diving and swimming of both genders.

The center became a member in many unions which are:

- National association of under water instructors NAUI.
- International life saving federation ILS.
- National association of marine environment protection (REEF RESCUE).

Kuwait Mantas is a non-profit making diving club, not a commercial diving operation. Of course maintaining all the equipment necessary for diving, especially a boat, costs a considerable amount of money. But all profits are fed back into the club and used to pay for the maintenance and repair of equipment and to purchase new equipment.
